Absent: Lisa DeVitto, and Phyllis Pacyna (All Excused) Call to Order1. Meeting was called to order at 6:45 pm by Chair, Lee Medart. Quorum was not met at the start of the meeting but was met further into the meeting. 2. Minutes for the Feb 24, 2003, March 3 or March 10 meetings had not been prepared. Unfinished Business1. Originally the Planning Commission thought that they would take all the values and collapse them realizing that there was a lot of overlap so therefore, they decided to “group” them. From that they developed a “Values Survey” which is what is to be handed out at the Community-wide meeting. We want the participants to “rank” them. In the value survey, each one of them is a stand-alone statement. All toll there were 45 values that came up. There are 7 overall groupings. The participants went through the list. The survey is only one of four techniques that we will be using to get feedback from the stakeholders. Detail of how to present is attached. New Business 1. TV programming of meeting was discussed. Luke Rosa will be the “reporter”. Next meetingsThe Community-wide meeting March 20th, 2003. A “Vacation” was suggested. It was approved unanimously for the month of April.
